When I was in the hospital for my appendix in April, Sitting in a ward with really sick obese people with diabetes that couldn’t walk, they could hardly breathe and and one guy had a leg that was not looking the right colour, I realised I’m 25 this year. I’m way over weight and I am really unhappy with myself and it was time to make a change. I had been a fan of your page since about February and wanted to join sooner but there was always a reason I “couldn’t”. But I had a wake up call and this year is going to be my year. I’m no longer going to be over weight and unfit and unhappy.
So a week after I got out of hospital I brought your plan. Spent a week going through everything and the reading the forum, cleaned out my cupboards and wrote up my plan of attack.
A week later I started the plan and went back to the gym. And I haven’t looked back.
Also would like to add that the scales say I have only lost 2.4kg. But looking at these photos I can tell that I have lost way more so just goes to show you can rely on the scales.
